These terms govern your use of the Woodland Designs website and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

Our Work

All floral jewelry is handmade with real flowers. Natural variations in colour, form, and botanical placement are inherent to working with real materials and are beyond our control. These variations are not considered defects.

Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. In the event of a cancellation after payment, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, which is available in the site footer and during checkout.
